Susan received her medical education at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. She completed her residency training at Genesys Regional Medical Center Family Medicine
Residency Program in Michigan. Susan was in a private practice in Michigan for seven years that included OB and urgent care. Subsequently she relocated to Florida where she worked for a Health Maintenance
Organization before joining the faculty at HMC FPRP. Susan is our Community Medicine Coordinator and also our Medical Student Clerkship/Externship Coordinator. Susan functions as one of our active OB/GYN
preceptors. Her professional interests include: End-of-Life care, under-served medicine and procedural medicine with a special emphasis on GYN related procedures. Susan's personal interests include
fishing, cooking, bird watching, reading and walking.
